Okay, so it's highly unlikely that 6 year olds will be reading an Android tech blog, but for all you parents out there, you'll be very glad to hear that a new Android tablet aimed towards children is on its way.

Inspiration Works, a UK based company, has showcased a new family of Android tablets aimed at kids and parents alike named Kurio. It debuted at 2012's London Toy Fair and is likely to appease UK parents hungry to spend their cash on a little piece of Android tech for their youngsters. Kurio is suitable for children as young as 4 years too!

Parents have been searching high and low for a perfect Android tablet to suit their children's needs, at a budget friendly cost. It's no surprise to learn that Walt Disney have taken a slice of Android pie. Just as it won't be a shock when/if Virgin announce their own Android smartphone/tablet, it was only a matter of time before Disney emerged into this market. It's a wise move on Disney's part, as kids become increasingly aware of technology at earlier ages, and they want a piece of the Android action... Disney style.
